About me
Moderator. Leader. At home on stage.
This isn't my first time on a stage.
My journey started early — through music, theater, and performances. Whether in an orchestra or on stage, I always felt at home in front of an audience. It was a place where I could connect, express myself, and bring energy to others.
Over the years, that passion evolved into creating and moderating events in my professional roles. Today, as Head of Customer Growth (B2B) at FINN, I work closely with customers and partners. Creating meaningful experiences, organizing events, and bringing people together through conversations has become a natural part of my work.
Beyond my role, I lead the women@FINN initiative — a project that is especially close to my heart. Together with the community, I create workshops, keynotes, and opportunities that support women in their personal and professional growth.
For me, moderation is more than guiding a conversation. It is about creating connection, sparking curiosity, and taking an audience on a journey — one that leaves people with new perspectives, meaningful insights, and something they carry forward.
My goal is to help companies and organizations make the most of their events: to transform moments on stage into experiences that truly resonate.
